Resistance is a resistance designed by taking into account the area of use, working conditions and other external factors. The quality of the resistor is created by determining the appropriate wire, pipe quality and insulation materials according to the area of use. In accordance with the standards, criteria such as milli ampere, leakage current and resistance value must be within the required value range. The most important factor that determines the quality in resistance production is that the pipe you will use is suitable for the working environment. According to the working environment, pipe qualities such as copper pipe, 304 quality stainless pipe, 316 quality welded and seamless stainless pipe, incoloy 800, 310 S and T quality stainless pipe are used. Various resistances are produced according to the usage areas and purpose of the resistances.

Tubular Resistance;

These types of heating elements are the most widely used type of heater. Depending on the intended use, they can be grouped as water resistance, oil resistance and dry resistance. Water heaters are produced using different pipe qualities that can work in accordance with environmental conditions such as mains water, calcareous water, well water and acidic liquids. In acidic environments, products such as 316 quality pipe resistance, immersion type resistance, teflon resistance, titanium resistance, glass tube resistance are manufactured according to the properties of the acid material. According to the characteristics of the water to be heated, sleeve resistance, record resistance, bain-marie resistance, tea boiler resistance, industrial kitchen resistances are produced with different pipe qualities. Dry environment heaters are the types of heaters that are suitable for idle operation or used in areas where hot air is desired. In this product group, serpentine resistance is used for environments where hot air is required.

Special Production Resistances;

These are the types of resistances designed in accordance with the project. Special production resistances, which are manufactured according to the working environment and temperature, can be produced with different pipe qualities.

Injection Resistances;

Injection resistances are types of resistances used in machines that produce plastic raw materials such as plastic injection machines, recycling machines, extruder machines. These products are mica clamp resistors, ceramic clamp resistors, nozzle resistors, hot runner resistors, glass cassette resistors, ceramic reflective resistors.

Mold Heaters;

These products are produced to be used for heating machine molds and hot press molds used in plastic material production. The products used in these regions are flare resistance and plate resistance product groups.
